SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipments may be delayed by a few days during holidays. Please allow for additional transit days for delivery.

We offer free standard U.S domestic shipping (excludes Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S territories) on orders over $199.

Standard shipping $25: 7-14 Business days 

Express shipping $50: 5-7 Business days 

*We are not responsible for any fees related to international customers paying to receive their packages.

*Please note that this promotion applies only to the 48 mainland states and does not include Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories. Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii may incur additional shipping fees, which will be calculated at checkout. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and shipping method selected. We strive to process and ship all orders promptly to ensure timely delivery.


SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. If you have not received a Shipment Confirmation email, please contact us at info@t1lfurthernotice.com

CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES

Customers are responsible for duties, taxes, and advancement fees at delivery in countries where applicable. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc). Unfortunately, we can’t calculate these costs as they vary from country to country. If a return is requested, the customer will be responsible for covering the return shipment cost. For refunds, we will not be able to offer refunds on shipping costs. Are duties and taxes included in my order total?

Deliveries to some countries are shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), which means there is nothing for you to pay upon delivery. Duties and taxes are calculated based on the items you ordered, the destination country, and the value of your purchase. Duty and tax charges are determined by your local customs authorities and based on:

The Sales Tax applied by your country for purchases coming from the U.S.

Duties charged for processing by your country.

 

Can my order be shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid)?

Some countries allow or require orders to be shipped DDU. These will be visible to you at the time of checkout. Please note, we are unable to guarantee the cost of fees upon delivery. Duties and taxes are non-refundable. 


* Please be aware that our shipping fee does not include customs tax. It is the customer’s responsibility to fulfill the tax payment to receive the package. We do not take any responsibility if customers refuse to pay the tax/delay in paying tax. Refunds will not be accepted without any circumstances.


DAMAGES&STOLEN

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, tampered with, or carrier-delayed packages once tracking information reports are delivered to the address provided. Please contact your local carrier for help via your tracking information.

 

ORMAFATI is not liable for any products damaged during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact info@t1lfurthernotice.com for assistance in filing a claim with the shipment carrier.


Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Please ensure the delivery information is correct. Incorrect delivery address, email, or contact number will result in your order failing to receive your order. 

Orders returned to sender due to incorrect or missing address information, shipping fees are non-refundable. Additional shipping charges will apply to re-ship the items to the correct address.
